Refund policy

Refund is FREE if: The wrong product was sent by the merchant. The product is defective. The product was damaged in shipping. The product is tampered.

If you make an order and decide after delivery that you don't like it, we are happy to process your return during 10 business days of purchase. This service will be given at a charge of AED 20 to be picked up on return of the item by the courier agent. 

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
